Location: Full-time onsite in Pittsburgh, PA (Robinson Twp.)

What you will do

  • Coach frontline managers in high-volume hourly and call center environments on employee relations and performance management.
  • Review and approve corrective actions and performance improvement plans in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Conduct employee investigations, including gathering documentation and summarizing findings.
  • Coordinate FMLA, LOA, and accommodation requests with People Operations and external vendors.
  • Manage new hire onboarding and employee offboarding, including conducting exit interviews for hourly staff.
  • Support annual performance review cycles, calibration sessions, and goal-setting processes.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of HR Business Partner or generalist experience supporting hourly employee populations.
  • Experience supporting contact centers, fulfillment operations, or other high-volume, metrics-driven workforces.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and compliance best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA.

  • Experience in pharmacy or healthcare settings.
