What you will do
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on workforce strategies, performance management, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and L&D teams to implement enterprise-wide HR programs.
- Coach leaders on organizational planning, leadership development, and talent priorities.
- Utilize workforce insights to guide decisions on hiring, succession planning, and capability building.
- Support organizational effectiveness, including role clarity and change management for evolving business needs.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dallas, TX.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
- Proven ability to build trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting sales or go-to-market teams.
- Background in commercial real estate.
- Experience in decentralized, fast-paced environments.
