What you will do

  • Develop and execute integrated B2B campaigns across email, paid social, programmatic, virtual sponsorships, content, and digital channels.
  • Own end-to-end live virtual events and webinar execution using BigMarker (topic selection, speaker coordination, promotion, live delivery, and follow-up).
  • Run campaign kickoffs and cross-functional alignment to keep deliverables on track across content, design, and digital teams.
  • Track and report campaign/event KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, engagement metrics) and deliver post-campaign analyses with actionable recommendations.
  • Support quarterly G2 review collection campaigns and amplify G2 assets across owned and paid channels.
  • Manage the integrated campaign calendar and virtual event program with minimal ramp time.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience with a track record of owning integrated campaigns end-to-end (planning through performance analysis), ideally in B2B, AdTech, SaaS, or Martech.
  • Hands-on experience managing live virtual events and webinars using BigMarker or ON24, including run-of-show and live operations ownership.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional communication skills across Product Marketing, Content, and Sales.
  • Proficiency analyzing campaign and event performance data (e.g., HubSpot, HockeyStack or similar) to generate insights tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced remote-first environment.

Location: Canada (open to candidates located anywhere in Canada; compensation based on Ontario salary band)

Salary: CAD 76,000–90,000 base salary (Ontario band)
