Engineering Manager (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $180,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Lead and develop engineering teams focused on browser autofill and desktop native domains.
• Set measurable goals and objectives while facilitating agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, refinements).
• Own escalation and triage for production issues, community bugs, and enterprise customer requests.
• Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams and Design, Product, and Architecture departments.
• Mentor engineers through 1:1s, individualized growth plans, and performance reviews.
• Optimize team processes to improve efficiency, quality, and the overall developer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineering teams with involvement in front-end platform initiatives.
• Technical fluency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Rust, or similar client-side domains.
• Proficiency with Git and modern software delivery practices.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Must be located in the U.S.
