TL;DR

People Business Partner (AI): Driving organizational health and team performance through strategic HR partnership with an accent on AI-augmented workflows and data-driven decision-making. Focus on coaching leaders, managing change, and scaling people programs within a high-growth, AI-forward environment.

Location: Must be based in Boston, MA. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office.

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 USD

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on team dynamics, leadership effectiveness, and organizational health.
  • Translate business strategy into actionable people plans that support scale and performance.
  • Coach managers on feedback, communication, and decision-making to build high-performing teams.
  • Drive core People programs including performance cycles, compensation planning, and talent reviews.
  • Implement AI-assisted workflows to automate manual tasks and improve the efficiency of HR operations.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Talent Acquisition to ensure clarity and accuracy in headcount planning.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in People or HR roles, with at least 2 years partnering directly with business leaders.
  • Must be located in Boston, MA and able to work in a hybrid model.
  • Proven ability to coach managers and support teams through organizational change.
  • Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in day-to-day HR workflows.
  • Working knowledge of US and Canadian employment law and HR practices.
  • High proficiency with HR tools such as BambooHR, Culture Amp, and Greenhouse.

Nice to have

  • Formal HR education or designation (SHRM-CP or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting distributed teams across time zones.
