Salary: $153,000 – $221,500 USD (depending on location)

What you will do
- Act as a dedicated technical advisor for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
- Lead implementation reviews, base audits, and technical health assessments to ensure architectural scalability.
- Guide customers through the full platform capability, including automations, interfaces, and AI-driven integrations.
- Diagnose root causes during critical customer moments and propose structural remediation.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to surface field patterns and improve platform value.
- Contribute to internal playbooks for technical health scoring and engagement models.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role within B2B SaaS.
- Strong understanding of relational data modeling and system integration patterns.
- Practical experience embedding AI-driven workflows into business processes.
- Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, automations, and basic scripting.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical builders and executive stakeholders.
- Must be located in the US or Canada.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with platform features like Interface Designer and advanced automations.
- Experience building deeply on comparable configurable, data-driven platforms.
