Salary: $293K – $325K + Equity

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end partner operating model, including onboarding, engagement, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Lead the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of partner systems, including CRM and PRM technologies.
- Define the KPI framework and establish trusted reporting environments to provide visibility into partner performance and ecosystem health.
- Lead and scale a global team responsible for partner operations, programs, systems, and analytics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Finance, Data Engineering, and Product teams to align execution.
- Develop attribution methodologies and measurement frameworks to reflect partner contribution to business outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Partner Operations, or Revenue Operations within high-growth technology companies.
- Deep expertise in designing and scaling CRM, PRM, and partner technology ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, reporting infrastructure, and business intelligence operating models.
- Proven experience leading high-performing global teams across operations and analytics disciplines.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence executive leadership.
- Must be based in San Francisco.
