What you will do
- Manage a named account list and cultivate inbound and outbound leads within the French market.
- Own the full customer lifecycle from initial prospecting to contracting, onboarding, and renewals.
- Conduct high-velocity product demonstrations and presentations tailored to legal and professional services clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Develop and document sales playbooks to enable team scaling.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is required.
- Proven track record of selling complex software solutions using consultative, value-based methodologies.
- Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline, forecast metrics, and maintain CRM hygiene.
- Experience leading multi-threaded sales cycles and conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong passion for AI and its applications in the legal profession.
- Ability to work onsite in Paris and travel as needed for client visits.
