Salary: $88,160 – $179,568

What you will do

• Coordinate daily field activities and manage site logistics to ensure schedule adherence.
• Enforce safety standards, conduct Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and lead safety meetings.
• Manage and hold subcontractors accountable for safety, quality, and project timelines.
• Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and communicate updates to leadership.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, drawings, and company standards.
• Participate in inspections, punch list activities, and quality control processes.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 3 years of field construction or construction supervision experience.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice to have

• Experience with mission-critical or data center construction projects.
• Trade school or construction management education.
• Familiarity with construction technology and project management software.
