Salary: $165,000 - $230,000

What you will do
- Build and manage a portfolio of SI partnerships ranging from global consultancies to boutique specialists.
- Drive joint pipeline through co-selling on active enterprise opportunities and tracking attribution.
- Design and deliver partner enablement programs including certifications, training, and technical workshops.
- Collaborate with solutions engineering and product teams to resolve partner technical blockers.
- Represent the partner perspective internally to influence product capabilities and commercial terms.
- Develop co-marketing and thought leadership programs with key partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years in alliance management, partner sales, or business development with direct experience working with SIs, GSIs, or consultancies.
- Genuine technical fluency in AI or developer tooling, with the ability to credibly discuss LLMs and agent architectures.
- Proven track record of building SI partnerships that drove measurable pipeline.
- Ability to manage relationships across multiple levels from engineers to C-suite.
- Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.
Nice to have
- Experience at a developer tools or AI/ML infrastructure company.
- Existing relationships at major SIs or management consultancies with active AI practices.
- Familiarity with , LangGraph, or LangSmith.
