A hyper-growth Series B fintech building a financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S. using AI, blockchain, and stablecoins.

What you will do

  • Architect US-side banking and payment processor infrastructure to ensure optimal pricing, redundancy, and performance.
  • Lead digital asset strategy by managing relationships with stablecoin issuers and yield providers.
  • Act as a bridge between external vendors and internal Product/Engineering teams to define partner specifications and SLAs.
  • Negotiate high-stakes commercial agreements to optimize margins and secure long-term strategic value.
  • Source and vet infrastructure vendors for emerging credit and lending products.
  • Define partnership playbooks and scale the function by hiring and developing a team of partnership managers.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure.
  • Deep technical knowledge of US payment rails (ACH, RTP, Card Networks) and stablecoin/crypto financial infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of negotiating complex commercial agreements with banks and tech vendors.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams on roadmaps and architecture.
  • Bias for action and resilience within a resource-constrained, hyper-growth startup environment.
  • Prior people management experience or clear readiness to step into a leadership role.
