What you will do
- Architect US-side banking and payment processor infrastructure to ensure optimal pricing, redundancy, and performance.
- Lead digital asset strategy by managing relationships with stablecoin issuers and yield providers.
- Act as a bridge between external vendors and internal Product/Engineering teams to define partner specifications and SLAs.
- Negotiate high-stakes commercial agreements to optimize margins and secure long-term strategic value.
- Source and vet infrastructure vendors for emerging credit and lending products.
- Define partnership playbooks and scale the function by hiring and developing a team of partnership managers.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure.
- Deep technical knowledge of US payment rails (ACH, RTP, Card Networks) and stablecoin/crypto financial infrastructure.
- Proven track record of negotiating complex commercial agreements with banks and tech vendors.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams on roadmaps and architecture.
- Bias for action and resilience within a resource-constrained, hyper-growth startup environment.
- Prior people management experience or clear readiness to step into a leadership role.
