What you will do
- Architect and own US banking and payment processor relationships to ensure high performance, pricing, and redundancy.
- Lead digital asset strategy by managing relationships with stablecoin issuers and evaluating custody and settlement partners.
- Bridge the gap between external vendors and internal Product/Engineering teams to translate product ambitions into technical specs and SLAs.
- Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations to optimize pricing, exclusivity, and long-term strategic value.
- Source and vet infrastructure vendors required for emerging credit and lending product verticals.
- Build and scale the Partnerships function, including hiring and developing a team of partnership managers.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure.
- Deep technical knowledge of US payment rails (ACH, RTP, Card Networks) and hands-on experience with stablecoin/crypto-native infrastructure.
- Proven track record of negotiating complex commercial agreements with banks and tech vendors.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams on roadmap and architectural reviews.
- Startup resilience and a bias for action in a hyper-growth environment.
- Must be based in the United States.

- Spanish fluency.
- Prior experience in the US-LatAm remittance corridor.
