What you will do
- Develop and scale global partnership programs, including resellers and strategic alliances.
- Identify, recruit, and close high-value deals to drive revenue and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Data teams on joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Build scalable onboarding processes, training materials, and partner engagement assets.
- Define and track KPIs such as partner-driven revenue, conversion rates, and retention.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements ensuring scalability and compliance.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or affiliate management.
- Proven track record in the US market within DTC, consumer tech, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
- Strong negotiation skills with commercial and legal awareness.
- Experience defining KPIs and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-starter mindset with an entrepreneurial approach to fast-paced environments.
