Business Development Representative (SaaS)

Location: Holon, Israel; from the office. Evening shifts covering North American hours, 1pm–12am.

What you will do

• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
• Engage potential customers through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Understand prospect needs and qualify leads for hirify.global solutions.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Develop a consistent pipeline of opportunities to support sales growth.

Requirements

• Mother-tongue level English is required.
• Experience in SaaS go-to-market activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and focused on exceeding targets.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Availability to work evening shifts covering North American hours from the office.
