Compensation: $266,000 – $295,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Identify and size high-value partnership opportunities within the semiconductor industry.
• Design differentiated partnership strategies and commercial theses that leverage OpenAI's competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with engineering and research teams to package models, tooling, and services into executable programs.
• Structure and negotiate complex, non-standard commercial agreements including revenue share and royalties.
• Drive executive-level alignment on commercial tradeoffs, resourcing, and risk management.
• Create compelling strategic narratives, proposals, and deal memos for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, corporate development, or private equity.
• Meaningful experience in the semiconductor industry or closely adjacent sectors.
• Proven ability to drive and close complex, high-dollar deals from concept through delivery.
• Strong ability to communicate credibly with technical teams and learn specialized industry concepts rapidly.
• Experience navigating large, sophisticated organizations and aligning multiple stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
