Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote US). This role requires ~40% travel.
Compensation: $200,000–$215,000 base, plus bonus and equity.

What you will do
- Own NA mid-market marketing targets, integrating field programs and global expansion initiatives.
- Launch high-impact ABM campaigns to engage key accounts and generate high-value pipeline.
- Lead, mentor, and foster a high-performing culture for a team of regional marketing professionals.
- Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and ROI, translating data into clear performance narratives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Channel, and Global Marketing teams to customize strategies based on territory needs.
- Set strategy and success metrics for regional events to drive meaningful engagement and business impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience in demand generation, ABM, field marketing, or event management.
- North American mid-market expertise with deep knowledge of regional marketing best practices.
- Proven leadership skills managing and motivating high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Track record of driving pipeline and revenue through multi-channel campaigns and regional roadshows.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with strong operational skills in budget management.
- Ability to travel ~40% of the time to support regional initiatives and events.
