TL;DR

Manager, Time & Attendance (HR Operations): Owning the planning, implementation, and service delivery for the Lifecycle Time & Attendance team with an accent on global compliance and wage/hour laws. Focus on managing distributed international teams, optimizing T&A workflows via AI, and resolving complex jurisdictional disputes in APAC.

Location: hirify.global (Global). Applications from APAC are prioritized.

Salary: $48,850 — $109,900 USD per year

What you will do

  • Guide, coach, and develop direct reports to build a high-performing T&A team.
  • Act as the final escalation point for high-risk T&A topics, wage-hour disputes, and disciplinary matters.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Legal to enhance T&A processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Optimize workflows and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and scale.
  • Ensure compliant delivery of T&A services while meeting established KPIs and SLAs.
  • Champion the responsible adoption of AI-assisted tools and establish usage guardrails.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience leading distributed, international teams.
  • Proven track record in HR Operations across multiple countries.
  • Deep expertise in Time & Attendance laws and compliance, specifically in APAC countries.
  • Ability to work effectively in a service-level environment (SLAs/KPIs).
  • English: Fluent (C1) required.
  • Location: Available globally, with a preference for candidates based in APAC.

  • Proficiency in languages other than English.
