Location: Must be based in or near Austin, TX (Hybrid role).

Salary: $104,265 – $143,430 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and optimize People Operations processes across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Manage global compliance initiatives, policy development, and audit readiness.
  • Serve as the primary lead for immigration, visa programs, and global mobility.
  • Oversee contractor engagement, classification, and workforce management governance.
  • Partner with business systems teams to improve data quality and process automation.
  • Establish operational metrics and dashboards to measure team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or Compliance.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship.
  • Deep expertise in global mobility, immigration programs, and contractor management.
  • Proven success in building scalable HR infrastructure and documentation.
  • Strong experience partnering with Legal, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.
