Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 + equity + benefits.

What you will do

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live and hypercare for a portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Translate complex business requirements into configured workflows, integration designs, and system architecture decisions.
• Partner with client engineering and IT teams to scope, design, and validate data integrations including vendor feeds and third-party APIs.
• Manage scope, timeline, risk, and stakeholder communication across internal and external teams.
• Lead discovery sessions and client-facing training to ensure successful platform adoption.
• Contribute to building the team's implementation methodology, tooling, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, project management, or technical consulting at a SaaS company.
• Strong technical fluency in API integrations, data mapping, and system architecture.
• Proven track record of independently owning complex, multi-phase enterprise implementations.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with executive stakeholders.
• Must be able to travel periodically (10–20%) for on-site client engagements.

Nice to have

• Experience with pharma, life sciences, or specialty pharmacy workflows.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Veeva.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in high-growth health tech environments.
