What you will do

• Lead enterprise implementations end-to-end: discovery and requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch support.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable platform and workflow solutions.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers throughout implementation engagements.
• Configure and support Salesforce-based applications (workflows, permissions, dashboards, automation flows, and reporting).
• Support integrations using APIs and data platforms (AWS/S3, Snowflake, Databricks, SFTP/FTPS, and CRM systems).
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, escalations, and delivery milestones across multiple client initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, enterprise SaaS delivery, or CRM implementation.
• Strong experience supporting Salesforce platforms (Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud preferred) in regulated enterprise environments.
• Experience managing enterprise client relationships and complex implementation projects.
• Understanding of enterprise data architecture and integration workflows (data feeds, analytics platforms, complex data delivery).
• Familiarity with AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, APIs, and SFTP/FTPS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or healthcare technology environments supporting Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
