Associate, Legal (Infrastructure)

Nscale is building a vertically integrated GenAI cloud platform spanning data centres, software, and applications for the AI stack.

What you will do

• Draft and revise construction, design, consultancy, equipment supply, work order, amendment, and change order agreements.
• Review counterparty markups, identify departures from standard positions, prepare issues lists, and propose responses.
• Maintain infrastructure contract templates, playbooks, trackers, and negotiation records.
• Support contract administration, including notices, change orders, payment and holdback issues, warranty claims, and closeout.
• Support real estate and power workstreams through site acquisition and lease diligence and review of utility, interconnection, and power purchase documents.
• Coordinate insurance, bonding, vendor compliance, and outside counsel matters.

Requirements

• Qualified attorney admitted in at least one US state and in good standing.
• 2–5 years of construction, real estate, commercial, or infrastructure legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Strong drafting skills and close attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams at pace with ownership and curiosity.
