What you will do

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to GTM and Sales leadership to translate overarching business goals into comprehensive workforce strategies.
  • Independently own end-to-end recruitment for high-stakes, complex GTM searches, partnering closely with VP-level executives.
  • Mentor and coach members of the TA and People Partnerships teams, navigating ambiguity and challenging existing assumptions.
  • Utilize market analytics and talent intelligence to model scenarios and guide hiring managers on market trends and success profiles.
  • Design and scale regional and global recruiting programs, including structured interview frameworks to mitigate bias.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Finance, Total Rewards, and TA Ops to optimize offer structures and candidate journeys.

Requirements

  • Deep full-cycle GTM recruiting experience within global software or similar tech companies.
  • Proven track record of influencing VP+ business executives and managing complex executive closing processes.
  • Expertise in data modeling, external market mapping, and leveraging talent intelligence tools.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a remote, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Not eligible for hire if residing in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, or WA.

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring sales talent in North America and Latin America for SaaS, CPaaS, or CDP companies.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience for other GTM roles such as product specialists, customer success managers, or GTM management.
  • Experience leading or participating in global TA and recruiting programs.
