Salary: $100,720 – $148,100 USD (depending on location zone)

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM and G&A roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Facilitate an exceptional candidate experience that reflects company values.
• Partner with hiring managers and the People team on headcount planning and strategic hiring.
• Develop and iterate on scalable recruiting processes and programs.
• Utilize data and metrics to guide recruiting strategy and decision-making.
• Leverage emerging AI tools to enhance daily workflow and productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience.
• Must be based in the USA (excluding Hawaii).
• Must have valid work authorization without employer sponsorship.
• Experience supporting GTM and G&A hiring.
• Strong proficiency with Greenhouse ATS.
• Experience in a startup or cloud-based SaaS environment.
