Location: Hybrid: Must be based in New York City (NYC) or Washington DC (4 days on-site, Wednesdays remote)

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 base + bonus + equity

hirify.global is a healthcare fintech company building an ecosystem of software solutions to help doctors better manage their practices.

What you will do

  • Own day-to-day recruiting operations, including scheduling, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop role profiles, scorecards, and interview plans.
  • Execute outbound sourcing campaigns for priority roles across GTM, Operations, and Product teams.
  • Track and report weekly hiring metrics against headcount targets to leadership.
  • Design and implement foundational people processes, documentation for job levels, and onboarding frameworks.
  • Enhance candidate experience and support hiring managers in improving interview calibration and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in People Operations, Talent Coordination, or Recruiting, preferably at a fast-paced SaaS company.
  • Ability to take full ownership of processes from start to finish with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for managing candidates and supporting hiring managers.
  • Experience with ATS platforms such as Lever, Greenhouse, or similar tools.
  • Must be based in or able to work in-person in New York City (NYC) or Washington DC.

  • Experience supporting both Go-To-Market (GTM) and technical teams.
