What you will do

• Lead and develop a global team of G&A Talent Partners based in the US and Stockholm.
• Own strategic recruiting partnerships with the CFO, VP People, VP Operations, General Counsel, and CIO.
• Design and execute differentiated hiring strategies for US and European talent markets.
• Establish pipeline discipline, reporting, and performance metrics for all corporate functions.
• Collaborate with talent operations on tooling, process design, and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading corporate recruiting at a high-growth, VC-backed company.
• Proven track record of managing managers and building recruitment teams.
• Multi-market experience managing hiring across the US and Europe.
• Ability to partner credibly with and challenge C-level stakeholders.
• Data-driven approach to target setting and functional optimization.
• Must be based in New York City for on-site work.
