What you will do

• Supervise and support team members in responding to lawful data requests from government and law enforcement agencies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, resolving complex issues to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage operational delivery, including 24/7 functionality, shift allocation, and system oversight.
• Ensure all information handling is accurate, lawful, and compliant with legislation and audit requirements.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with law enforcement, government bodies, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and improve procedures, compliance processes, and represent the business in court when required.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
• Practical knowledge of Data Retention, IPA2016, and GDPR or similar legislative frameworks.
• Experience managing sensitive information and working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to lead teams, deliver training, and produce management reports.
• Strong communication skills with experience collaborating across all levels of an organization.
• Understanding of the UK legal system and industry trends impacting the business.
