Salary: £132,000 - £155,000 GBP

What you will do
- Serve as the primary legal partner for EMEA-based deals, supporting transactions from structuring to execution.
- Draft and negotiate SaaS, enterprise, professional services, and partner agreements.
- Provide legal coverage for East Coast US deals in coordination with the US team.
- Ensure commercial agreements align with open source licensing requirements and industry best practices.
- Maintain compliance with DORA, GDPR, and UK/EU data privacy frameworks.
- Partner with Product, Security, and Sales teams to align legal guidance with business objectives.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom or other European hubs where has existing personnel.
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification with active bar or solicitor membership.
- 5+ years of commercial legal experience, ideally in a technology company.
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating SaaS, subscription, and professional services agreements.
- Working knowledge of open source licensing, DORA, and GDPR.
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters independently in a high-growth environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or related technology sectors.
- Experience negotiating with highly regulated customers in finance, insurance, or healthcare.
