Salary: £132,000 - £155,000 GBP

What you will do

• Serve as the primary legal partner for EMEA-based deals, supporting transactions from structuring to execution.
• Draft and negotiate SaaS, enterprise, professional services, and partner agreements.
• Provide legal coverage for East Coast US deals in coordination with the US team.
• Ensure commercial agreements align with open source licensing requirements and industry best practices.
• Maintain compliance with DORA, GDPR, and UK/EU data privacy frameworks.
• Partner with Product, Security, and Sales teams to align legal guidance with business objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom or other European hubs where hirify.global has existing personnel.
• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification with active bar or solicitor membership.
• 5+ years of commercial legal experience, ideally in a technology company.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating SaaS, subscription, and professional services agreements.
• Working knowledge of open source licensing, DORA, and GDPR.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters independently in a high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or related technology sectors.
• Experience negotiating with highly regulated customers in finance, insurance, or healthcare.
