What you will do
- Lead strategic marketing programs focused on high-impact partnerships to drive awareness and conversion.
- Define campaign objectives, ROI metrics, and ensure alignment with business growth targets.
- Design and oversee end-to-end customer journeys across digital channels and partner ecosystems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, digital, and analytics teams to execute integrated campaigns.
- Manage external agencies and creative briefs to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
- Optimize campaign performance using data, analytics, and innovative tools including AI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications required.
- 8+ years of marketing experience with a focus on consumer-driven, multi-channel strategy.
- Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing experience required.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance measurement and reporting.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

- Experience in partnership or co-marketing initiatives.
- Background in consumer brands or agency environments.
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness.
