What you will do

• Own and evolve the global social media measurement framework, KPIs, and benchmarks aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for paid, organic, influencer, and advocacy activities using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Lead the global social media tools ecosystem, including publishing, listening, and analytics platforms.
• Standardize processes, workflows, and best practices across global and local markets.
• Collaborate with paid media, CRM, and web teams to integrate cross-channel insights.
• Identify and implement AI and advanced analytics solutions to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media analytics, digital marketing operations, or performance marketing.
• Strong expertise with social analytics and listening tools such as Hootsuite or Brandwatch.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic, actionable business insights.
• Experience working in global or multi-market environments.
• Must be based in Kitchener, ON, Canada to support a hybrid work model.
• Minimum 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload internet connectivity is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries.
• Proficiency in SQL or advanced analytics capabilities.
• Experience managing external agencies or vendors.
