What you will do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including messaging, positioning, and segmentation for cardiac devices.
  • Create sales enablement tools such as clinical data summaries, reimbursement guides, and competitive comparisons.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and live channels to drive demand.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in cardiology and electrophysiology.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and funnel metrics to refine product positioning and strategy.
  • Manage the marketing technology stack and define KPIs to measure commercial impact and ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling cardiac products in clinical environments.
  • Deep understanding of cardiology workflows, reimbursement, and the regulatory landscape.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing technologies including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Tableau.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.
