Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 annually

What you will do

  • Own campaign execution and QA across email, direct mail, SMS, social, paid ads, and in-app channels.
  • Manage audience builds and segmentation logic using Hightouch and Snowflake pipelines.
  • Create and manage UTM tracking and coordinate landing page updates with the Growth Pod Team.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to the Analytics team to scope reporting needs and track ROI.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships and job submissions with the direct mail vendor (RRD).
  • Monitor in-flight campaigns and resolve delivery issues or data discrepancies between platforms.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in campaign execution or marketing operations.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Braze.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines and segmentation tools like Hightouch and Snowflake.
  • Proficiency with reporting tools such as Lightdash and Salesforce.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
