What you will do

• Develop and execute production strategies in collaboration with engineering and sourcing teams.
• Manage supply plans within MRP/ERP systems, including bill of materials and work orders.
• Forecast spend, supply, and infrastructure requirements to support rapid development.
• Resolve issues with rejected materials and collaborate on quality improvements.
• Provide regular updates on critical supply issues through Clear to Builds.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or asylee (ITAR compliance).
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, program, or project management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Broad mechanical domain knowledge (machined parts, composites, avionics).
• Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems and data analysis tools like Excel or SQL.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Nice to have

• APICS or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience in high-paced, autonomous manufacturing environments.
