What you will do

• Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials and purchase orders to meet production timelines.
• Monitor order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with business requirements.
• Track material availability, inventory levels, and delivery performance metrics.
• Compile and maintain reports on fulfillment, costs, and production data using Excel and Power BI.
• Resolve delays by reviewing production schedules, work orders, and shipment schedules.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address supply chain and material management issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain, order fulfillment, or material management.
• 3–4+ years of domain knowledge in order fulfillment and material management.
• 3–4+ years of analytics experience using Excel and Power BI.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a remote environment with consistent business hours.

• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, data center, or high-volume hardware supply chains.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across operations and procurement teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
