What you will do

  • Define and execute an 18-month roadmap for sales and marketing technology stacks.
  • Architect and optimize complex Salesforce environments including Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline lead-to-cash processes using Agile methodologies.
  • Oversee the marketing technology ecosystem, including automation platforms and attribution frameworks.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 6-8 technical professionals, including administrators and analysts.
  • Serve as a primary technology advisor to C-suite executives on commercial technology decisions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with multiple relevant certifications.
  • 5+ years of experience managing marketing automation platforms like Marketo or HubSpot.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical teams.
  • Proven track record in complex system integrations using REST APIs and middleware.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue recognition.
  • Advanced proficiency in BI tools and data analytics for executive-level reporting.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud implementations.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools like Claude or n8n for process automation.
  • Background in fast-growing SaaS or technology companies.
