What you will do
- Define and execute an 18-month roadmap for sales and marketing technology stacks.
- Architect and optimize complex Salesforce environments including Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline lead-to-cash processes using Agile methodologies.
- Oversee the marketing technology ecosystem, including automation platforms and attribution frameworks.
- Manage and mentor a team of 6-8 technical professionals, including administrators and analysts.
- Serve as a primary technology advisor to C-suite executives on commercial technology decisions.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with multiple relevant certifications.
- 5+ years of experience managing marketing automation platforms like Marketo or HubSpot.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical teams.
- Proven track record in complex system integrations using REST APIs and middleware.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue recognition.
- Advanced proficiency in BI tools and data analytics for executive-level reporting.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud implementations.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools like Claude or n8n for process automation.
- Background in fast-growing SaaS or technology companies.
