What you will do

• Design and develop business application functionality and API integrations with external systems using JSON and XML.
• Implement and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) environments and tools.
• Perform fit-gap analysis to map business requirements to Salesforce best practices and capabilities.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
• Utilize declarative tools including Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, and various Salesforce Clouds (Service, Sales, Community).
• Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and operational support for bug fixes and enhancements.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a Federal Government background investigation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mid-Level Developer in an enterprise-level Salesforce program.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Management, or a related STEM field.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SFDX, and Salesforce CLI.
• Active Salesforce certifications: System Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Platform Developer I/II.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodology and experience working in an agile environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git and Bitbucket.
• Experience using JIRA or Agile Accelerator.
• Prior experience working with the U.S. Federal Government.
