Finance Manager

Salary: £60,000–£65,000 per annum

What you will do

• Own the month-end close process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Produce management accounts, P&L reporting, and performance analysis.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles while identifying risks and opportunities.
• Deliver post month-end reporting and provide meaningful financial insights.
• Support FP&A activities and financial modelling.
• Partner with stakeholders to support decision-making and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) required.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, management accounting, and FP&A.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality financial insight.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
• Track record of improving processes and driving efficiencies.
• Strong systems skills, particularly in Excel.

Nice to have

• Exposure to automation or AI within finance.
• Experience working with CAPEX and/or OPEX.
