Business Finance Manager (FP&A)

What you will do

• Prepare month-end variance analysis and track actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Build and maintain core FP&A models, including company-wide workforce planning and headcount models.
• Support annual budgeting, interim forecasting, and long-term strategic financial planning.
• Produce accurate management reporting, KPIs, and dashboards for executive stakeholders.
• Develop unit economics, pricing, and profitability analysis to support commercial decision-making.
• Support the preparation of financial documentation for the Board, investors, and debt holders.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven experience in an FP&A, management accounting, or analytical finance role.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work to strict deadlines.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fintech or regulated financial services environment.
• Proficiency with BI or data visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience working in a high-growth or post-merger environment.
