Salary: £50,000 - £53,000

What you will do

• Undertake monthly financial performance reporting with a divisional and pan-hirify.global perspective.
• Devise and manage month-end and budget models to provide insightful analysis.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for month-end, budget, and annual accounting processes.
• Assist in the preparation of the hirify.global Annual Report and Accounts and external reporting.
• Provide professional financial support and ensure effective control of financial processes.

Requirements

• Qualified professional accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to explain complex financial data to non-finance professionals.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of accounting principles and controls.
• Experience with consolidation adjustments.
