What you will do

• Develop and maintain robust capacity models using theoretical and actual data to optimize manufacturing performance.
• Analyze test and manufacturing data to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Coordinate equipment procurement to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up.
• Collaborate with EMS Management and manufacturers to align production output with capacity targets.
• Monitor KPIs and collaborate with test and process teams to address yield gaps.
• Lead projects focused on capacity studies and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Production Planning or Capacity Management.
• Working knowledge of Power BI and analytics tools.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and global EMS partners.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
