Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

What you will do
- Lead procurement efforts across IT, Marketing, HR, and Sales departments.
- Act as lead negotiator for high-value initiatives to secure optimal pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of vendor contracts, from drafting and negotiation to renewal and termination.
- Analyze spending data to track trends, forecast needs, and report on procurement KPIs.
- Develop company-wide procurement policies and implement ServiceNow's Procurement and Sourcing Operations.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with regulations and internal policies to mitigate risk.
Requirements
- Experience in high-value procurement within a multi-departmental or enterprise-level company.
- Proven track record in source-to-pay environments and complex contract negotiations.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and advanced Excel for data analysis.
- Must be based in Toronto and able to work from the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
- Understanding of services required for hardware installation or software implementation.
Nice to have
- CPSM or ITIL certification.
- Fluency in Spanish.
