TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Medtech): Managing top-of-funnel outbound outreach and qualifying leads for a patient-powered real-world data platform with an accent on biopharma and biotech prospecting. Focus on building high-volume pipelines, conducting initial discovery calls, and maintaining rigorous CRM hygiene to accelerate life science innovation.

Location: Hybrid (50% in-office / 50% remote) in New York City. U.S. Applicants Only; EST or CST timezone required.

Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 + Equity, Commission, and Bonus.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end top-of-funnel outreach, including prospect list building and multi-touch outbound sequences.
  • Lead initial discovery calls with biopharma and biotech clients to qualify opportunities and assess fit.
  • Develop a deep understanding of registry assets and data capabilities to engage with HEOR, RWE, and Medical Affairs stakeholders.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, logging all accounts, contacts, and activities.
  • Coordinate with internal Client Solutions, Legal, Finance, and Leadership teams to handle scoping and pricing requests.
  • Support Partnerships Directors on active deal flows, proposal preparation, and meeting materials.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SDR or outbound prospecting experience with a track record of exceeding booking targets.
  • Experience in life sciences prospecting; familiarity with RWD/RWE is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to rigorously qualify leads to maximize team efficiency.
  • Strong CRM skills and experience using AI-driven prospecting tools.
  • Must be based in the U.S. (EST or CST timezone).
