TL;DR

Membership Sales Specialist (Sales): Generating a pipeline of qualified leads for hearing care providers with an accent on outbound prospecting and lead qualification. Focus on conducting high-volume cold outreach, scheduling discovery calls, and strategic business development.

Location: Must be based in the US. Hybrid option available for candidates in the Portland/Vancouver metro area.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually + $17,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Identify and research high-value prospects in the hearing care space to build a consistent lead pipeline.
  • Conduct 100+ weekly outbound calls to position company solutions to providers.
  • Schedule discovery calls and membership overview presentations for Regional Sales Managers.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to execute an annual business development plan.
  • Gather market intelligence and manage prospect interactions using CRM tools.
  • Deliver monthly summaries of pipeline activity and results to leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales or business development with experience in prospecting.
  • High phone confidence and ability to turn cold conversations into relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing a large, active pipeline.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools such as Salesforce and Gong.
  • Must be located in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or management preferred.
