What you will do

• Lead the development of ATE test solutions for characterization, production, and wafer sort on Advantest 93K and Teradyne platforms.
• Design and develop advanced ATE test hardware for high-speed testing.
• Create detailed test plans and methodologies documentation to meet stringent product specifications.
• Collaborate with DFx and Design teams to define and enhance yield and test methodologies.
• Convert test patterns from the design simulation environment to ATE format.
• Optimize test flows to reduce test times and improve production yields.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, EE or related fields with 10+ years of experience, or Master's/PhD with 5+ years of experience.
• Expertise in test program development on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne tester platforms.
• Demonstrable experience in ATE testing, silicon process, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
• Strong knowledge of C/C++, Perl, Python, and Linux environments.
• Understanding of scan and MBIST DFT test methodologies and high-speed interfaces (NRZ/PAM4).
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws.
