What you will do

• Debug hardware to the component level and troubleshoot using System SW Tools.
• Perform design verification testing on hirify.global systems and instruments.
• Re-design instruments to improve performance or replace obsolete components.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and product enhancements.
• Work on engineering-related yield improvements.
• Integrate with Account Teams, Global Customer Service, Operations, and Supply Line Management.

Requirements

• BSEE or equivalent degree.
• 2-5 years of Hardware Design Engineering or Test Development Engineering experience.
• Knowledge of Analog and Digital Circuit design and/or debug.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with software languages such as C, C++, or Python.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in North Reading, MA, US.

• Ability to work with off-shore engineering and production teams.
