What you will do

• Provide technical support for backend digital design implementation and signoff, including Place and Route and design closure.
• Guide customers on utilizing hirify.global technologies to achieve PPA targets and meet project schedules.
• Collaborate with R&D to enhance tools and methodologies based on customer requirements.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and drive technical evaluations and benchmarks.
• Develop and optimize design flows using Tcl and other programming languages.
• Capture best practices from benchmarks to improve the success rate of future engagements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry Physical Design experience.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Design Fundamentals, Semiconductors, and Static Timing Analysis (STA).
• Experience with advanced nodes (10nm and below) and IC digital implementation flows.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Tcl, Perl, or Python.
• Must be based in the US (Colorado).

Nice to have

• Experience with synthesis, DFT, and Logical Equivalence Checking.
• Expertise in hirify.global tools (Genus, Innovus, Tempus, Modus, Voltus) or competitors (ICC, ICC2, DC, Primetime).
• Experience with advanced nodes 5nm and below.
