Salary: $82,300 – $220,000

What you will do

• Design and develop high-performance test solutions on ATE for semiconductor device verification and production.
• Derive test plans, procedures, and methodologies for complex I&T problems across the program lifecycle.
• Coordinate and lead a team of 3-5 contributors to execute development and production testing.
• Collaborate with hardware and software design teams to ensure designs are testable.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies at the system level.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Systems Engineering, or Applied Physics.
• 5-7 years of experience in Systems Engineering or a relevant role.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Experience with ATE, probe stations, and microelectronic test equipment.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and data analysis.
• Ability to work onsite in Cambridge, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cadence design tools.
• Familiarity with BIST, Scan, and IDDQ test methodologies.
• Background in signal processing and circuit analysis.
