What you will do

  • Lead full event lifecycles from objective setting and timelines to onsite coordination and post-event reporting.
  • Develop scalable processes, templates, and workflows to improve event planning and execution efficiency.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with external vendors and internal business units across the organization.
  • Ideate and test new activations and promotional strategies to enhance the attendee experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple long-term marketing events or projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with expertise in documentation and timeline tracking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and solve problems creatively with minimal oversight.
  • Must be based within commuting distance of Lincoln, Nebraska to support a hybrid schedule (3 days/week).

Nice to have

  • Experience with virtual event streaming technology and platforms.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Hubspot, Asana, and Google Drive.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for site visits, training, and event execution.
