Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 a year

What you will do

• Facilitate all on-site coordination for live events within the DMV area.
• Manage venues, AV, catering, and party rental logistics under tight deadlines.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with vendors and venue staff.
• Handle event registration, signage, and material setup and removal.
• Coordinate with event sponsors to ensure they are supported throughout the process.
• Provide marketing and sales support through event videos, photos, and sponsor presentations.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of Live Event Coordination or Management experience.
• Based in Washington, D.C. for hybrid work (3-4 days/week).
• Willingness to travel monthly to the Carolinas or Nashville.
