What you will do

• Design, build, test, and ship software across the full development lifecycle.
• Implement Agentic AI Workflows for code generation, review, testing, and documentation.
• Develop clean, well-structured code and specification docs using AI as a partner.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver working solutions.
• Apply prompt engineering and agentic coding techniques to improve output consistency.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools to raise the team's engineering standards.

Requirements

• Solid experience in backend, frontend, or full-stack software development.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools in professional production environments.
• Practical knowledge of LLM constraints, including context windows, token costs, and latency.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and evaluating prompts for reliable output.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and software design principles.
• Must be based in Sandy, UT, USA
