What you will do

• Architect and build AI-powered tools using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral) with best practices in prompt and context engineering.
• Design advanced multi-agent workflows incorporating memory, dynamic context injection, and multi-step reasoning.
• Integrate and customize AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, Google ADK, or Claude Agent SDK.
• Implement scalable systems and infrastructure to support agentic AI behaviors and workflows.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to integrate AI-powered features into user-facing applications.
• Mentor and upskill peers in GenAI, prompt engineering, and AI architectural reviews.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in fullstack development.
• 1+ years of experience working with GenAI, LLMs, and AI agent architectures.
• Proficiency with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) and frameworks like LangChain.
• Strong backend development skills in Python, Java, PHP, or TypeScript.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and distributed cloud-based infrastructure.
• Based in El Segundo, CA or Newark, NJ.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with vector and graph databases.
• Experience adapting or customizing LLMs.
